Article III of the U.S. Constitution creates only the Supreme Court and allows Congress to create other federal courts, which Congress has done.  In this course, we will focus on the Supreme Court and its controversial history to this cay.  The Court might issue some controversial ruling during this class as they do every June.  If so, we will certainly discuss them!
